Returns

We offer a 30-day return window, which means you have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be returned in the same condition they were received: unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.

Pre-Order Items

As part of our carefully curated collection, some pieces are offered on a pre-order basis and are prepared or sourced specifically for your order.

Pre-Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

Once dispatched, orders follow the standard returns process outlined in this policy.

Once your return has been accepted, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back. Please note that items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & issues

We carefully check every order before it leaves us, but if something isn’t right, please contact us as soon as you receive your item.

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll review the issue and work quickly to put it right.

Final Sale items

To keep pricing fair and considered, all Final Sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange an item is to return your original order for a refund and place a new order once your return has been accepted.

European Union cooling-off period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason.

To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to complete the process.
