Cancellation Policy

As part of our carefully curated collection(s), some pieces are offered on a pre-order basis and are prepared or sourced specifically for your order. This policy explains how cancellations apply to these purchases.

Pre-Orders

When you purchase a pre-order item, you are reserving a product that is not currently in stock but will be prepared or restocked for you.

Full payment is taken at checkout to confirm your order.

Pre-order items are fulfilled within the timeframe stated on the product page (up to 14 days unless otherwise stated).

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, your order may already be allocated, prepared, or in production, and cancellation may not be possible.

If your order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Returns Policy for information on returns and refunds.

Subscriptions

We do not currently offer subscription products.
